In 2012, a late frost wiped out nearly every apple on Beak & Skiff’s 1,000-acre orchard in Lafayette, NY. Eddie Brennan — fifth-generation — and his wife Marianne moved from NYC to help save the family farm. They diversified into hard cider, then CBD, then THC cannabis.
