- 1 Download it free Grab the Wicked Reserve app from the App Store on your iPhone. It's free, and it runs on iOS 15 or later.
- 2 Sign up & verify you're 21+ Create your account and confirm you're 21 or older with a valid ID. Adult-use cannabis is 21+ in New York, so this step is required.
- 3 Shop, pick up, or get it delivered Browse the menu, choose in-store pickup or delivery across Rochester, and track your order as it moves.
Is the Wicked Reserve app free?
Yes. The Wicked Reserve app is free to download from the App Store, with no subscription or purchase required to use it.
Do I need the app to order online?
No. You can still order from our website menu
any time. The app is an extra option that adds push notifications, order tracking, and faster reordering on your phone.
Is there an Android version of the Wicked Reserve app?
Not yet — the app is available for iPhone today, and an Android version is in the works. If you're on Android, you can still shop our full menu at wickedreservedispensary.com/menu
in your browser in the meantime.
Do I have to be 21 to use the app?
Yes. Wicked Reserve is an adult-use dispensary, so the app is for adults 21 and older. You'll verify your age when you sign up, and you'll need a valid government-issued photo ID to complete a purchase.
How is the app menu different from the website?
It isn't a different store — the app and the website pull from the same Wicked Reserve menu and inventory. The app just puts that menu on your home screen and adds push notifications, real-time order tracking, and quicker reordering.
