Wicked Reserve Dispensary is located at 1150 University Ave, Building 5, Suite 7, Rochester, NY 14607, in the heart of the Neighborhood of the Arts (NOTA). We're in the same complex as The Culture Gym, Hot Shots Volleyball, and Radio Social.

Wicked Reserve is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We're open every week of the year, including most holidays — call us at (585) 402-9712 to confirm hours on major holidays.

The bar tends to be busiest between 4:00 and 7:00 PM on weekdays. If you want a quieter visit and a longer consultation, weekday mornings and Sunday afternoons are usually the calmest. Visit our locations page for the most current hours and any holiday closures.

No appointment needed. Walk-ins are always welcome at Wicked Reserve. Just bring your ID and stop by anytime during business hours. If you'd rather skip the line, you can order online for pickup and we'll have your order ready when you arrive.

Yes. There's free, well-lit parking available in the building lot at 1150 University Ave. The lot is shared with neighboring tenants — Radio Social, Hot Shots Volleyball, and The Culture Gym — so it can fill up on Friday and Saturday nights. If the main lot is full, additional street parking is available along University Ave and the surrounding NOTA streets. The lot connects directly to our entrance and is fully accessible. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older. New York dispensaries accept driver's licenses, passports, and state-issued ID cards from any U.S. state, plus military IDs. We can't accept temporary paper IDs, expired IDs, or photos of an ID — please make sure your ID is current and physically with you.

No medical card is required for recreational purchases. If you're paying by debit card, bring that too; otherwise, plan to pay with cash (there's an ATM on-site). Visit our about page to learn more about what to expect on your first visit.

Yes. Every cannabis product at Wicked Reserve is 100% sourced from licensed New York State growers and processors. Traditionally, indica strains are associated with relaxation and sleep, sativa with energy and focus, and hybrid offers a balance of both. The truth is more interesting: modern cannabis science shows that terpene profiles and cannabinoid ratios matter more than these broad categories when it comes to how a product will actually make you feel. Two "indicas" can produce very different experiences depending on dominant terpenes like myrcene, linalool, or caryophyllene.

Yes. Wicked Reserve offers cannabis delivery across Rochester and surrounding Monroe County areas. Place your order through our online menu, and we'll bring it to your door. You'll need to show a valid 21+ ID at delivery, and payment is taken at the door — debit card or cash only, since cannabis businesses can't accept credit cards. Yes. New York legalized recreational cannabis for adults 21 and older in March 2021 under the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA). You can legally purchase cannabis from licensed dispensaries like Wicked Reserve. We are licensed by the NYS Office of Cannabis Management ( OCM-RETL-25-000291). No. New York law prohibits cannabis consumption inside dispensaries and on dispensary property. Consumption is permitted in private residences. New York has authorized on-site consumption licenses for separate venues, but licensed consumption lounges are still rolling out across the state.

While you can't consume here, you're welcome to smell and examine products at the bar using our smell jars before you choose.
